Parque Central Bavaria

A modernist development with historical foundations

This architectural, commercial, natural and residential complex has the feel of a city within a city. Nobody would have thought that Bavaria, one of Colombia?s most traditional brewing industries and the origin of the park?s name, used to operate within its vast interior of seventy thousand square feet.

Well-being, tranquility and sanctity are three words that can be used to describe the two blocks that constitute this wonderful space. This sensation is accentuated by the park?s gardens, its variety of trees, a waterfall, water fountains and a backdrop of the mountains to the east of the city.

You will notice that everything here has its own name: Plaza del Arte, Plaza de la Cultura, Plaza del Café, Parque de los Romerones. Today, Bavaria Central Park is justifiably seen as an example of Latin American urban renovation.
